Welcome to Asia Tech Foresight. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, data dashboards, and research publications. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these requirements.
Our services are provided by Asia Tech Foresight, located at Tran Hung Dao 88, Hanoi. We specialize in providing specialized research for the Asian technology sector. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access our proprietary tech analytics.
Mandatory Requirement
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must terminate your use of the site immediately. Continued use constitutes "Active Consent" to our data governance protocols.Proprietary Data

Intellectual Ownership
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Asia Tech Foresight and its licensors.
- 01 Users may not scrape or aggregate our data for commercial resale without a specific "Enterprise API" license.
- 02 Reproduction of our tech analytics maps is strictly prohibited for public redistribution.

Permitted Use
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes related to industry research and strategic planning. You are prohibited from using the hub to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our central big data lakes, or disrupt the predictive models serving our global client base.
Limitation of Liability
Asia Tech Foresight provides predictive insights as a guide, not as financial or legal advice. In no event shall Asia Tech Foresight, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on our projections. All foresight is probabilistic by nature.
Account Security
If you are granted access to our secure "Insight Portal," you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We reserve the right to terminate access instantly if identify sharing or automated crawling is detected on your session logs.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any disputes arising from the use of our tech analytics shall be settled through arbitration in Hanoi. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
